Great Food, Great Folks, Great Fun! The staff was awesome. The property was beautiful. I ate in Hoyt’s several times and the food was delicious every time. One night there was a live deejay so it was like being at a fun dance party. A couple of times, I ordered and went down to pick it up. The hotel is in a perfect location with access to all of the downtown area. I will DEFINITELY return to the Royal Sonesta Downtown!

Diana was amazing Diana and her staff were so helpful! We were there to shoot a multi-camera shoot and they were extremely helpful and then wonderful when we decided to eat lunch. The food as fantastic as well and we enjoyed it very much! I highly recommend you stay here

Billy the Doorman is the best! Everyone, from the front desk, to the Doormen and Housekeeping greeted us with a smile everyday and was attentive to our every need. Billy the Dorman was the best! What a treasure he was and always interested in our day. The hotel Is close to everything. Near and clean inside and out. Will stay here next time!!

Amazing hotel ans service! This hotel is beautiful. Pillow and bed are comfortable. We select this hotel for his great location close to the river. We initially picked a 2 beds room city view and as it was my wife birthday, they upgraded us to a suite with river view with some gift to my wife in the room. This was our first experience in a sonesta hotel and that will not be our last one!

Great Stay This hotel is amazing our first time here in Chicago and we loved this place . The drinks at the bar and also the excellent service that Trevor the front desk manager provided . We will definitely be staying here again when we are back in Chicago…thank you Royal Sonesta!
