Wonderful stay! One night stay while attending family wedding. The front desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating. She provided us with an ADA room that I had failed to specify in my reservation. The room was very comfortable and immaculately clean. The morning buffet featured freshly cut fresh fruit and a wide variety of breakfast choices. All members of the staff were very friendly and asked if we needed anything from them. I highly recommend this hotel!

STAINED MATTRESSES SENIOR OCD DISABILITY AYRES HOTEL CHINO HILLS, CA I AM SENIOR OCD DISABILITY BEFORE I GO TO SLEEP IN NEW PLACE I CLEAN INCLUDING FLIPPING MATTRESSES FIRST EXPERIENCE STAYING IN HOTEL MY APRIL 2024 STAY STAINED MATTRESSES THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT CHANGED MATTRESSES MADE SURE MATTRESSES HAD NO STAINS SECOND STAY MAY 2024 STAIN MATTRESSES CHANGED ROOM AND MADE SURE MATTRESSES HAD NO STAINS BEFORE CHECK OUT SCHEDULED THIRD STAY FOR JULY 2024 FOR SAME ROOM THIRD STAY JULY 2024 STAIN MATTRESSES IN SAME ROOM I STAYED IN IN MAY 2024 MANAGEMENT SAID THEY DO NOT TAKE MATTRESSES OUT OF ROOMS JUST ROTATE BUT IF THAT IS SO WHY THE SAME ROOM I HAD IN MAY 2024 MATTRESSES HAD NO STAINS WHEN I LEFT NOW HAS STAINS WHEN I RETURN I SUGGESTED MATTRESS COVERS WITH RUBBER BACKINGS TO PREVENT THEIR MATTRESSES FROM GETTING STAINS THEN ALL THEY WOULD HAVE TO DO IS WASH THE STAINED MATTRESS COVER WITH RUBBER BACKING WHICH IN TURN WOULD SAVE THE MATTRESSES FROM GETTING STAINED EVERY SINCE MY APRIL STAY I SUGGEST THIS IDEAL TO MANAGEMENT EVERY TIME I STAY AT THEIR HOTEL MANAGEMENT STATED AT MY LAST STAY JULY 2024 THAT I AM THE ONLY ONE THAT HAS COMPLAINED ABOUT STAINED MATTRESSES AND THEY HAVE HAD TO CHANGE MATTRESSES OUT TO ACCOMMODATE ME MOVING FORWARD IF I DECIDE TO STAY AT THEIR HOTEL THEY WILL NO LONGER DO THIS FOR ME BECAUSE THEY SHAMPOO THIER MATTRESSES AND THEY ARE CLEAN EXCEPT FOR THE STAINS THEY WOULD AGREE TO COVER THE STAINED MATTRESSES WITH A MATTRESS COVER WITH RUBBER BACKING FOR THE ROOM I STAY IN TO COVER THE STAINED MATTRESSES

Loved our stay! Loved our stay! Staff very welcoming, premises and rooms very clean, and the breakfast was really good. Fresh made omelets and breakfast burritos were a great surprise. The ONLY reason I didn't rate a 5 was due to the bed mattress being harder than my liking. A mattress topper to provide some cushion for a better sleep would have been a 5 ⭐️ for me!

Will Definitely Stay AGAIN!! We absolutely loved this place! The location was centralized and close to many restaurants. The rooms were clean, spacious and super comfortable. My girls loved the outside pool and the breakfast was fabulous. We will stay here again and refer this location to others!

Would definitely stay again. Very clean and nice room along with the overall grounds. A friendly a welcoming staff. Conveniently located near numerous eateries and shops. The breakfast buffet was done well and was a plus. The terrace around the pool was pretty and a relaxing area to enjoy.
