Not enjoyable staying. I reserved a deluxe king room, Check in was ok , our room was in the second floor, as soon we walked in the hallway we could smell cannabis, not on our room, it was clean and spacious seemed that there was another bed next to the bed, the bathroom was clean and big as well, there were 3 towels, 2 bath towels and one hand towel thats all (no wash towel) “bring your own” if you need one. the wify sucks very slow internet might be good for email checking but not for videos, around 1 am people in the 3 floor were very nosy plus the noise from the freeway. too bad I reserved for two nights otherwise I would had leave. never again at this hotel.

Dirty and the front desk people are thieves This place is disgusting. I got this place so that I could hang out with three friends for my birthday and have a few drinks we got there and they made us give $100 cash deposit which they ended up keeping in the end because of a ketchup stain that was on the bed we did not even sleep there because it was so disgusting smell like poop, and there were dead roaches all over the bathroom floor. The bathtub had pubic hairs in it, and there was no toilet paper, and when we went to ask for toilet paper, they asked us why we need toilet paper. Please do not go there. Beware.

Rude staff/Hidden check-in fee The room was clean and simple. However, I called about early check-in since we had a family reunion that started at noon. The staff informed me that they do not arrange for early check-ins but suggested that I call at noon to see if any rooms were available. I called back and they said there was a room available. When I checked in, they charged me a $25 early check in fee which they did not mention to me when I called both times. When I mentioned that I was not informed of the fee when I called and that I personally have never been charged such a fee in all my years of travel, one of the receptionists claimed that ALL hotels charge such a fee. Now I understand each hotel is different and may charge such a fee. However, there is no mention of the early check-in fee on their website nor on any confirmation or itinerary that I received from them. Instead of graciously listening to my concerns, the receptionist rudely told me that I can take my bags and return to the hotel after 3:00 p.m. if I didn't want to pay the fee. The hotel did not make any special arrangements for an early check-in. They simply gave me a room that housekeeping already prepared. If I had been informed of the fee when I called or even on the itinerary, then I would understand their position. Instead, the one receptionist thought it best to insult the customer. We have plenty of family members and friends who visit Chino Hills and they will not return to this hotel again.

No. 1 in my NEVER STAY AGAIN list - the WORST clean your own room 'coz hotel won't, fetch your own daily supplies from front desk, no breakfast, no internet but they insist there is, non-working amenities (pool, public PC, fitness center all suck)
