Cicero stopover Not sure what the knock is on this facility but we enjoyed it fine! Room was large and well apportioned; everything was comfortable--beds, chair, linens, towels. The room felt damp due to lack of dehumidifying from the A/C but it was apparently the same with other guests. Very good breakfast; eggs, bacon, waffles, cereals, juices, and fruit...Cracker Barrel nearby if you need more. Plenty of room in the breakfast area. Staff was quite welcoming and friendly. If ever in the Syracuse area again, we'd not hesitate to return.

STAY AWAY Been to a lot of rude hotels but this one is by far the worst!!! This place sucks, customer service was no help, front receptionist did not give a f**k about anyone but they selves , requested replacement keys many times. Forcing me and my family to wait outside our rooms. Do your self a favor and go to any other hotel. stay away from this one!

Amazing this hotel is still in business! I bruised and cut my toes two times by hitting the broken bathroom doorstop. I requested the hotel replace the doorstop but they did not. I stayed in the hotel for two-weeks. I made three requests during my stay that my room be serviced. They never did this. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the bathroom. My room keys would only work for one-day, and then I would have to wait at the front desk 30-minutes before someone would show up to make new keys for me. The breakfast area was dirty. There are signs all over the hotel saying they are remodeling, but there is no remodeling taking place. I travel 50-percent of the year across North America and this is one of the poorest managed hotels I've ever stayed in.

Traveling The receptionist was great, gave us a good rate for the room, the room sofa bed was full of stains and very uncomfortable, went and asked for face cloths but they didn’t have any so they gave us small towels. The breakfast was acceptable. Got to say that the hotel was in the stage of upgrading.

Filthy The sink was filthy and the coffee maker in the room didn't work. I told the desk person who said they don't supply coffee in rooms anymore but there was coffee but the machine lacked the holder for the coffee packet. I told him about the sink and he said he would check on it. I was disappointed.
