Tanesha is the best! Great customer care Tanesha was incredible in service and helping us out. . She was fantastic in fixing billing issues and got the job done. She was so happy and eager to provide assistance… you don’t get this enough Please take care of Tanesha as she was amazing :)

Patrick at Valet is the BEST! Patrick helped me with valet and was the BEST! I can’t thank him enough for keeping my car nice and safe while I attended a work dinner around the corner. I can’t say enough how hard parking is in downtown Cincinnati, so being able to trust Patrick was such a blessing. So grateful and I will be sure to come back just to patronize Patrick.

Dated hotel in abandoned mall Very dated hotel in a abandoned mall. At one point this was probably a high end hotel with luxury shops but it's kinda creepy to walk thru the abandoned mall to parking garage. First room smelt Like smoke, they did move us thankfully. Staff was very nice, restaurant was nice.

Beautiful retro Hotel Having lived in the Cincinnati area for several years, I always thought that the Netherland would be a neat place to lodge, so we gave it a try. It’s a beautiful, historic property. We stayed in a queen room. It was well kept and clean. The one complaint was the bathroom. It was clean, but definitely in need of updating. The shower didn’t drain well. The lobby and bar are beautiful and very clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive.
