Poor Communication I called the morning of check-in to see if my early check-in request could be accommodated. The manager I spoke to said sure, asked what time we'd be arriving and put a note in our reservation. We got there 1.5 hrs after I originally told him due to traffic (and 45 minutes after the 4:00 regular check in time) and our room was not ready.

Hotel good, fees and taxes not so much The hotel was fine. However the taxes and fees don’t encourage more travel to Cincinnati. The very least it should be presented up front.

Wouldn’t stay again Room was super small and expensive. Restaurant was so bad we got up and found someplace else to go. Only good thing about this place is it was convenient to where we were visiting.

Overpriced Overpriced. Good location to Paycor Stadium is the only thing exceptional. TV didn’t work and water pressure was nonexistent.

Luke Combs concert weekend at Paycor Overall the stay was great. Hotel and room were very clean and comfortable. Hotel was in a great location for everything we did. I would 100% stay again and plan on it come football season.
