Great Stay We traveled here from WV to go to the Cincinnati Zoo our stay was amazing. Breakfast was really good, room was very clean. The hotel was in excellent condition. Will definitely stay here again if we travel this way again. My kids loved and enjoyed the pool

Disgusting cleanliness We walked into a completely dirty unvacuumed and messy room. Bathroom was disgusting, hair in the shower, piss and feces in the toilet. When asked for help from the front desk, they offered us cleaning supplies and sent us on our way. When asked for compensation back for the room cleanliness they continually pushed us to checkout saying someone will discount then. No one helped during checkout and we checked out a day early and went to a different hotel because of how disgusting it was maintained. Will not be staying here in the future.

Great Experience Nice hotel. Was very clean. The staff was great!! Right of the highway easy in and out!. Breakfast was free. I had a suit room very large and spacious. Hotel has indoor pool and great fitness room as well absolutely amazing experience. Must recommended!!

Terrible experience at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cincinnati Sharonville Terrible experience. This stay could not have been any worse, from rooms with no smoke detectors, broker drawers, and trash in my room (dirty socks) to understaffed breakfast and lazy employees. The hotel is falling apart, and the employees provide the lowest quality of service. DOT NOT STAY HERE. There are plenty of equivalently priced options in the area.

Very Dirty. The whole hotel is dirty and smells badly The walls are damaged. The pull out couches were awful. The springs poke through. The air conditioner leaked and the floor became wet damaging anything on the floor.
