Used to be nice, not anymore! Room was not cleaned thoroughly. Found a water bottle under the bed and the toilet was leaking. VERY out dated and bed was old and VERY uncomfortable. I believe it is being condemned in the next few weeks and being torn down, which it needs to be. Only stayed due to it being close to the stadium.

An average stay. Great location in downtown. Nothing too special about the rooms- the shower never got warm. At check in the lady was nice, however, it took her a good 30 seconds to get off playing with her phone to check us in. The valet was the best part. They showed great customer service and were very welcoming.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I was there for an overnight stay. Staff was unwelcoming & not knowledgeable. The bed felt like I was sleeping on springs, the towels were dingy & wreaked of mildew. The bathroom was not clean at all, there was hair & dirt stains on the floor. As beautiful as their lobby is, they truly need to invest more money in the rooms & training of staff. Absolutely disgusted!!!!!!

Just No We were here for a cheer competition and this was the hotel the USAF had chosen as one of the required hotels to stay in. Just no. Stay far away. The photos look nothing like it, it is dirty (hair in the drains, our dresser handles were falling off, the toilet tank didn't fit, cleaning products were left in our room, carpet stained), they were severely understaffed, we ended up walking 8 flights of stairs because the elevators were so slow. The valet team worked incredibly hard and for that I gave two stars instead of one. Go to the Hilton.

They will charge you twice for prepaid rooms - do not be fooled by low rates A friend and I booked 2 prepaid rooms for 2 nights through Kayak. Upon check in, they receptionist couldn't find the reservation, even with me providing the particulars and proof of booking on my phone. The manager Amanda eventually found it and assured I wouldn't be charged again. I left a credit card for incidentals only. The next day, I found a preauthorization for over $1,000 on my card. Again Amanda and another worker at the hotel reassured it would fall off. It did, and was replaced by a charge for $800. I have complained through every channel available and have still not been refunded. The next step is BBB and other consumer agencies. Do not stay here. The only distinguishing factor is that this hotel purports to be cheap, but that's not the case if you're double billed.
