Red Roof Inn Cincinnati Northeast - Blue Ash

DO NOT stay. Very dated! Mold in bathroom, shower was horrible. It ran against the wall unless you pulled the handle out. Hard to explain. No plug for the shower or sink Remote was broken and took in for a new one and was told just batteries. Then he released it was broken. AC unit was broken in the front and didn't work very well. Heavy staining on the box springs Kinda got scary with some of the residents around. No signs where to walk your pets. Sheets on top of bed seemed cleaned. Fridge was clean. I will NOT go back. Broken glass on the ground

Blue Ash Red Roof was not bad, but not great Pros: Clean room, just about every PBS channel offered, fine neighborhood, plenty of parking Cons: Only two pillows for a King bed offered, weak HVAC (never really worked correctly), grumpy staff, landscaping looked like a jungle (unlike the pictures). The ice maker was not working. Would I stay again? Maybe (but gotta have a discount). No, if I had a family or spouse.

Housekeeping tried to steal our bag, manager lied until cops came and they magically “found” our stuff in the laundry Great location, absolutely nasty hotel. Not one room is labeled no smoking, had to try 3 different rooms to find one that didn’t smell of cigarettes after booking a non smoking room. The room we settled for was absolutely disgusting, but we were late to our event already and had to just accept it. Upon getting home we realized we were missing a bag, called the hotel and they said it wasn’t there. Ended up driving 3 hours to check again, and called the cops to see if that would pursue the front desk to ask housekeeping for the bag. Housekeeper came down, led us + the manager to the housekeeping room, and pulled our bag, out of the bottom of a filled laundry bin, shocking both the manager and us. Only when the police were called did the housekeeper admit to knowing where the bag was. Screw this place, and screw that housekeeper. Give us the name of whoever cleaned room 112 on 5/05/2024 and fire him please. Give us a refund or have charges pressed Avoid this place at all costs.

Horrible Experience - Very Dirty We just stayed at the Red Roof Inn. I chose this room because it was affordable/in a good area and I had hoped that due to it being a chain there would be quality control. Boy was I wrong... We walked into the room and the SMELL hit us right away. My 4 year old even said PU mommy... it's stinky in here. I'm not sure if it was a mildew/mold smell or like a stinky sock smell, but it hit us right when we walked in and did not leave for our whole night stay. Then my daughter took off her shoes and walked around the room, and I looked and her feet were BLACK within minutes! The floor was incredibly dirty and I felt super uncomfortable taking our shoes off at that point. I'm so glad that we were only staying a night and didn't need to shower because the shower had yellow rings and grim in it. Our toilet also had a black ring of mold around it. I honestly was incredibly scared that the bedsheets were going to be dirty/have bed bugs. I am not an overly picky/high maintenance person at all, but I was extremely disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. Maybe we just got a bad room and were unlucky because I can't believe what a high rating this hotel has on trip advisor.

This is a gross one Non smoking room: key fob barely worked. Horrible horrible stale smoke smell. Burn holes all over bed. Makeup all over sheets. Hair all over shower. Crooked toilet. Lights above sink didn’t work. Pillows were dingy, flat and old. Couldn’t get out of there faster.
