Felicia is the best!!!! Felicia is amazing and I love her attitude! I am happy and I think it’s amazing that the Westin has amazing people like her on staff. We had many trips across the nation and by far she was the best person to help us! I can’t wait to come back soon!

Nice room Nice hotel and in walking distance to many things. Rooms are spacious and comfortable! Haroon at the front desk was great and got us what we needed at the last minute! The only downside is the double beds are kind of small and the TV is small compared to the size of the room. Will definitely stay here again though if ever in downtown Cincinnati.

A good choice The hotel is well located. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable. Two “bad” points: the remote for the tv wouldn’t work properly! And for some reason, there was no cold water at the sink to brush our teeth. Otherwise the room was great! The view was also nice.

Nice hotel, good location Nice hotel within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Walked to dinner, breakfast, and a reds game. Graeters is across the street. Nice big room and quiet until about 7 AM when we couldn’t sleep due to doors slamming. Comfortable bed. Nice big shower with wand. The front desk worker Haroon was very nice and helpful.

Weekend Trip Came from. Indianapolis for the weekend to explore the city. The Westin was in a great location. Felicia who checked us in informed us about all the things to do in the area. Great trip and a great place to stay in downtown. .
