Horrendous and inexperienced staff, but room was fine. 1.Employees provide incorrect information, are not helpful and dismiss you as quickly as possible to be efficient. 2. Signage is terrible, so navigating where you want to go is not simple. 3. I waited 10minutes in the dark alone for security to show up and they never did. 4. After over 30minutes of waiting, employees didn’t know how to unlock the Tesla charging station. 5. Front desk staff did not acknowledge my scared & crying son who was lost and looking for help. They made him wait behind other guests. The front desk also didn’t answer the phone when I was frantically trying to locate my son. 6. Views are nice and room was fine, but staff is horrendous.

Always a great stay! Alway have a great time with friends and views of SG Valley and Mountains. Pacific Palms is a great place to relax, play and have a great time even if it's just for a night or visit the nicely landscaped grounds. Looking forward to going back and enjoying the venue.

Very disappointed! I was very disappointed in the accommodations. For a resort I expected pure luxury. To my surprise It was not even close to luxury! The staff were very friendly and courteous, however the shower remained in the same condition when I returned.

This is a gem of a hotel in a beautiful setting! The Pacific Palms Resort is very well maintained property with a friendly staff in a great setting with wonderful views. I stayed at the hotel the night before an early morning charity golf outing. I do this every year and enjoy my stay here immensely.

Love this place! This was my second time staying here. And I’ll definitely be back! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the rooms were amazing!!
