I feel like at home Very confortable clean exactly what i was looking for my kids enjoy the pool everything is always clean the housekeeping lady is very friendly she does an awesome job i give her a 10/10 awesome thank you for everything this hotel has a great customer service

Comfy stay and very accommodating Stayed for 2 weeks for business and the stay was pleasant. Super helpful front desk reception with Carlos and Jacqueline always pleasant to talk to and recognize us when we need help. Overall, comfortable stay with wide rooms and good breakfast selection in the morning.

Good experience I had a really good experience at the Krystal Urban hotel. One receptionist by the name of Carlos was really polite and super helpful. Definitely would recommend. It was my second time staying at this hotel.

Generously This hotel has served us with very much respect definitely recommend everyone here is friendly & make sure your doing good with any thing if any help they are more than happy to help. Mr.Carlos Centero has treated us very well in our stay with our morning breakfast since our first stay!

DO NOT TRUST!! If I could I would give it zero stars. After a 12 hour drive we finally arrived at Krystal Urban around 10:00 pm. When we attempted to check in we were told we could not because their air conditioning was not working. We were not presented with any other accommodation options. Please keep in mind this is 10:00 at night in an unknown city. There was no communication beforehand about this issue. We asked to be refunded and were told they could not do that, we would have to contact corporate. It was a very stressful situation and no help was offered from hotel staff. Very unprofessional!!!
