Amazing experience that exceeded expectations! This experience exceeded expectations. The staff started off the stay with one of the best welcomes I've had at a hotel or resort. Then the room's amenities, view, size, and balcony were icing on the cake. Housekeeping was excellent every day. Staff throughout the hotel and stay were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The pool is on floor 8, so you do have to go downstairs to get to the beach. This was not a problem for us. It was nice to be on the rooftop pool and overlook the pool and view. Access to the beach was very easy and the street you cross is small and not very busy. There is also a crosswalk that can assist you and your family with safety concerns. The buffet brunch at the hotel restaurant also exceeded my expectations. The staff were fantastic, the food was good, and we had plenty of time to refill our plates and beverages. The hotel was very safe and clean. They have activities available in addition to what is listed on their website (pool table, cornhole, Hyatt Hangout (table tennis, play area for kids, Connect 4, foosball). We were there on mostly weekdays and it didn't feel too crowded in the pool or beach. However, on the Friday before we left, the beach got very crowded. That is to be expected in a tourist area. The positive to that is there is SO much within walking distance! You don't need to rent a car unless you are traveling somewhere off the beach. The hotel and area have plenty to offer and they hit the mark!

Recent family beach vacation Great staff,room, beds, pillows, AC, shower/bath. Nice thick bath towels. Quiet room. Kitchen was convenient and we had breakfast in the room daily. The cantina restaurant has really good food snd drinks. The shor restaurant could offer a bit more variety and as a result we did go out for dinner a lot. This was our third time here. We will be back.

Top Notch Resort & Experience I can't believe I never stayed here before! We booked a few rooms for my daughter's 16th birthday and traveled with 6 of her friends. The rooms were spacious, clean and exceeded our expectations as did the service from check in to check out. The staff was helpful, proactive to my needs (car waiting out front during checkout) and you sensed they truly enjoyed their positions and reflected this to their guests.

Honeymoon go to! It was well worth the money. Located in the tourist area but also far away from the tourist crowd and busy walkways. Close enough to several different bars and restaurants within walking distance.
