HORRIBLE MANAGER The new general manager SHREESH is HORRIBLE , I seen him with multiple females in rooms very unprofessional i over heard he gave my next door neighbor 0$ rate for her to stay because she was working under the table for him my stay was very terrible I did not want my daughter staying there I did not feel comfortable with him walking around the building he is very touchy with his employees and guest in the rooms !!!!! I will be contacting the state about this issues.

DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL!! Tried to check in - no record of reservation, able to give us a room at a higher price. Told us no shuttle and our car would be towed if we left it there while we were away. - only reason we booked the this hotel was for the free parking and shuttle service. Lobby, elevator and room dirty and disgusting. No towels - finally given 4 bathmats! Toilet roll on floor, draw missing from chest of draws, no coat hangers, no cups, no coffee supplies, only chair stained with something nasty and unusable, furniture scratched, covering peeling off shower, no hot water, alarm clock didn't work. Beds looked like someone had taken a nap on top of them. Staff surly and unhelpful.

DO NOT STAY HERE! GM STOLE $1,271 FROM ME DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! The GM Jake (if that's even his real name) stole $1,271 from me and will not refund me! I put my father in this hotel for 6 weeks and prepaid all 6 weeks. A few weeks after my father checked out, I received 2 charges of $635 on my account. I called Red Roof Inn to see what these were and they said Jake made a billing mistake and he was unable to void the transaction and that I would need to dispute it through my bank. I have called corporate and they have said since there is no reservation tied to these charges, they can't refund me. The fraud department at my bank has called the hotel numerous times and they do not answer the phones. This place is a disaster and should be SHUT DOWN! The GM is so unprofessional by not trying to resolve this serious issue. Now, my bank is turning this into a criminal issue because they are withholding my money and repeatedly avoiding a resolution. On top of that, my father had to switch rooms because it was moldy and disgusting. The staff is non-existent. Corporate clearly doesn't care from my numerous emails and phone calls with no resolution. The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a hotel.

ROOM IN ST PETE CLEARWATER Terrible customer service including general manager. Racist towards blacks. Terrible rooms terrible smell and I didn't get room selected and they won't give me refund. I tried calling property all day to resolve with general manager days ago. Nobody ever answered seconds day room was vacated

Worst experience ever We arrived at designated time only to stand in line for 45 min to register. The room appeared unkept and floor was dirty. There were no towels. We approached a house keeper who did get towels. Later when we tried to turn on tv. It was obviously broken. Because we were staying three nights we asked to have this fixed. When we returned late next evening we were told they had assigned us another room but we would have to move ourselves. Third day we arrive back at room where bed was not made and again no clean towels . Upon calling desk we were told that they only do housekeeping on Mondays and Thursday’s worst experience we have ever had after many years of travel
