Decent Hotel. When I booked my hotel room online, it showed photos of a beautiful room with a bathtub, a small kitchen, and a few other nice things in the room. When I checked in with my husband and went to our room I was highly disappointed. Our room was a basic room which was nothing like the photos shown, and it was also handicap accessible. Neither of us are handicapped, so we were very upset. Our showerhead wasn't on the correct spot where one normally sits (higher up), due to it being broken. So in replacement of a spot for the shower head, it was on what I'm assuming to be a grab bar for standing closer to the shower, and it was quite difficult to reposition and move, and when we got it to the spot we wanted it to be in, it would spray all over onto the bathroom floor that wasn't the shower floor. Not to mention the water settings were wrong on the dial. Hot was cold, and cold was hot. A nice gentlemen from facilities did come check on it and I assume he did put a word in with the desk, but it was after he left is when we discovered the hot is cold and cold was hot situation. The AC would turn on and off which is nice, but most people like to have it consistently on or off especially with it being so hot when me and my husband were down there. This is also something that can't be controlled, but me and my husband didn't like hearing our neighboring rooms around us TV's all night when we were trying to sleep, hence why we wished the AC could be on all night. Another thing too, our last day there on check out day, we were still asleep and house keeping tried to enter into our room, even though we've had the Do Not Disturb sign out every time we've slept, and had the extra lock/stop on the door over it for extra security. We were highly upset about that. We called one night as well to see if room service was available, only to find out there was no room service at all for our stay, and also to find out all front desk left at a certain time during the night and we had no clue . I also made a comment stating we were celebrating our honeymoon, and nothing was done but that's absolutely okay because not everyone has to do something for that. Overall yes, while we had these experiences and it kind of put us off on our little get away, it was a decent hotel to stay at. The room was very clean when we arrived, and the pools were nice to use when we got the chance to. I wouldn't say this was the greatest experience ever staying at a hotel, but it was overall decent.

Nice Resort for Family Stay in Orlando This resort met most of our needs. The place was clean and well kept. Had lots of nice amenities that unfortunately we didn't have time to utilize. My only complaint would be that the breakfast offerings weren't great. I heard that years ago they use to provide a nicer breakfast buffet that would have been nice. now it is just cereal, mediocre muffins and bagels, bad microwaved bacon and egg english muffins.

Pleasant and clean Grounds and room were very clean. We had issues with having to ask for towels almost everyday but they would bring them to us. I would stay there again in a heart beat. Water park, mini golf, resort games at the pool daily. It was truly a nice vacation site.

Mass chaos as people fleeing from hurricane check into the hotel Be very careful if you book through Expedia. The room was described as a condo but it was just a small room. My fault for not checking the confirmation but in a hurry to get out of the way of the hurricane. TV did not work. Not fixed for 24 hours. WIFI password was incorrect on the printed material. Could not get information for 24 hours.

LOST PHONE Overall, my experience was great. The food and amenities they had on the property were fantastic. My only complaint is that when it came to check out and my phone was left in the room, it took four days after several messages/emails for the "lost and found" department to get back to me. Although my "find my iPhone" app showed the location of my phone still being there I was finally told it was never found. This is extremely frustrating. I feel that if there was a better system in place for lost/forgotten items it could have been recovered, that is if someone didn't decide to steal it.
