Exceptional employee I can’t say enough about Monica, who ran the breakfast bar She was a ray of sunshine greeting each guest with a smile and a warm good morning. She continually refreshed breakfast items and cleared tables. She deserves being recognized for the good work she is doing.

Historic building but dated Just average because it really lacks a lot of things that are typical for a Holiday Inn. Very dated. Extremely loud. You can hear every car drive by. The valet is expensive and super slow. The location is amazing and it does make up for the lack of amenities inside.

Stolen Backpack with Glitched Camera Recording On May 3rd, at around 3pm my son's backpack was stolen from the M level. The security cam glitched out for 8 min. Surveillance showed the bag was there, camera stopped recording for approx. 8 mins and then when the surveillance recorded again the bag was gone! No surveillance of anyone coming off the elevator with the bag - this is very suspicious that the recording glitched at the exact time the bag was stolen. Police report was filed as well. Computer in the bag pinged that it was in the hotel .. something just isn't right with this situation.

Stay Away Dreary, dark and seriously outdated. No lobby, the coffee maker did not work, the lobby smell a mix of glade and eggs. This is NOT a normal clean Holiday Inn Express. Overall a depressing stay. Couldn’t wait to get out. Very disappointed. Wish I could get my money back.

Great place to stay!! Me, my son, and his 2 friends were in town for a baseball game. This place was within walking distance to the ball field. That’s why I picked this place also. We ate at Buffalo Wild Wings first before the game. My son and his friends liked this place very much because if I remember correctly it was a bank before it was the holiday inn express. I picked it for its convenience to the ball field. If you ever come to town for a ball game either baseball or basketball this is a great place to stay just for the fact that it’s so close to the ball field and arena.
