Great for business trip or visiting downtown Cleveland Great hotel! Love the late 1800's - early 1900's ambience. I stayed here for a business trip and the meeting room and staff for the breakfast/lunches were excellent. Hotel is located super close to restaurants, bars, bowling, House of Blues and a bunch of other stuff. Definitely would recommend!

Hyatt Regency Cleveland at the Arcade Hyatt Regency Cleveland at the Arcade is a great hotel with friendly and professional staff. However, the building itself is older but management does a good job in keeping things updated. I love that the hotel has direct access to the 5th Street Arcades, a street lined with great shops and restaurants. My two favorite spots were "the House of Creole" and "Cibreo Italian Kitchen', both offering delicious food. Enjoy the stay!

Love the style and the location Really great. I like distinctive styles and location and that is where this shines (although everything is great) It’s hard to imagine a better location in downtown Cleveland. Right near tons of places to eat and you could see both the basketball and the baseball field from the room. In fact, we were able to watch the fireworks from the baseball game from our room. It was fantastic. What I would say is that the location was so great it made me like Cleveland better. It is in an architecturally interesting and lively area with a lot going on. Were not partiers and weren’t there for a game but if we were it would be an even better locations The style is also something else- the arcade really is as grand as it looks like in the pictures. My 8yo son was even wowed and thought we were staying in a palace. It’s one of those hotels that you just couldn’t replicate anywhere and that has that old grand elegance while still holding up all the modern amenities. Just a very cool space. We also had a great view of 4th st. The staff were all also very friendly. Particular credit to the dark haired woman working yesterday afternoon (Sat) in the early afternoon. She worked with me on a number of things related to the room and went above and beyond- and was super friendly. They were really good with Hyatt loyalty and made me feel welcomed. I often stay in the Lyndhurst Hyatt outside Cleveland but will now be looking to generally stay here. Highly highly recommend
