Staff will do whatever it takes! My wife is a patient at the Cleveland Clinic right next door. we thought we were going to be here one night, as it turns out I am on my third night and maybe more. Cleveland was busy this weekend with the Guardians in town and the WWE Summer Slam here too. The hotel was packed, but somehow the staff has worked their magic and figured out how I could extend my stay. This is our third time here at this hotel and I would highly recommend it. It is extremely comfortable, both restaurants are very good and the staff is so very welcoming. They made an unpleasant situation so much better. Will definitely return!

Relaxing The beds were super comfortable so I had a relaxing stay. Rooms were clean and well maintained as well. Front desk staff was very nice and signage to get into the Cleveland Clinic campus were very good. It’s always interesting to stay in a hotel in your home city.

Superb Customer Service Kudos to Aaron A. for going above and beyond in providing EXCELLENT customer service with an unexpected emergency. His professionalism, knowledge, patience and kindness was absolutely OUTSTANDING! Every employee we have encountered so far has been very friendly. The room was spacious and very clean. We truly appreciate the exceptional service we have been provided so far during our stay. Thank you so very much!

Exceptionaly nice hotel, very large room Hotel was lovely. I would love to know where they got the pillows. I would like to buy some. Two minor complaints, there was no refrigerator in our room, we had to ask for a second bath robe. I love that there is public parking across the street. The staff was terrific

Charming in CLE We enjoyed our stay. The room was cleaned, spacious and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. A front desk clerk, Shaun was very helpful. He helped us when we needed assistance. Others staff helped with directions and places to visit.
