AVOID AT ALL COSTS What an awful experience, not only is this a ghetto roach hotel but the staff are all absolutely worthless people. They require a $100 cash deposit which nobody has because it's 2020, we saw numerous people walk out because of this alone even after they paid online in advance. The bedroom we were assigned to was filthy and the bed was used so we left immediately. Don't expect a refund either, they'll steal your money. Less than 1 mile down the road is The Comfort Inn, right next to the Rascal House (food) with nice rooms, great staff and a solid breakfast, stay there instead.

My stay Didnt like the fact they didn't have a fitted sheet on the bed. Overall it was clean. I didnt stay the night due to being uncomfortable in the bed. I would go back but no time soon i guess. Staff was nice.

RUN Used to stay here a couple times a year for business at the Clinic as well as concerts and sporting events. A recent stay here has made me disgusted with this place. Apparently the hotel was sold to an out of town company. Sad that the new owners have destroyed this Hotel. They had a cool bar and kitchen and great staff. Rooms were basic but decent for the price. Now the rooms are dirty and hardly stocked with towels or toilet paper. Not sure if they even know how to clean the sheets! New owners were supposed to remodel but have spent nothing and fired all the staff. All seem to be temporary workers who don't care. I knew some of the previous staff and they are all gone and at other hotels now. Please believe the reviews posted here and on Google. Many other hotels downtown for similar rates or $10 - $15 more a night. Save yourself the grief. Stay away!

Not what I expected On the positive side, the bed and linens were pristine and the water was hot.The desk staff were very friendly. On the negative side, there was no toilet paper or kleenex, the shelf in the bathroom was falling off, the ceiling paint was peeling, the toilet was difficult to flush, no lounge, bar or refrigerator as advertised, no in room coffee, clock and one light not working and promised maintenance never arrived, someone's half used drinks still in the refrigerator, the headboard was a disgrace.

What a dump When I first saw it from the outside I uttered “oh no.” During check in I found the staff were very friendly, and while the lobby was run-down, I thought “I’ve certainly seen worse.” Then I got to my room. This place gives me the creeps. Room was dirty and dated. Trash from a previous guest was in the super creepy bathroom (see pic). I felt so uncomfortable in this space that I woke up much earlier than usual and just left in my pajamas, got back on the road without taking a shower or changing my clothes. Peace the fudge out ✌️
