Shana and Thomas Maggio the worst employees Shana canceled my reservation without any reason , she is very rude and arrogant and so aggressive , also her manager name Thomas , you need to get more training for how to solve guest complain, instead of sending this e-mail which i laugh on it

Nice Employees Decent Room but the Noise The hotel was nice but the elevator noise was really loud once people woke up around 5:30, it sounded like pipes that were going to bust. I did not get to experience the full breakfast because there were two tour buses full of people there and you could barely get in the room . (not blaming the hotel for that )

Nice hotel in prime location Clean room, friendly staff and good complimentary breakfast at a reasonable price The location is convenient to nearby shopping, restaurants, American Dream Mall and Manhattan.

Avoid Room 202! So disappointed in this hotel. What could’ve been a great visit went south quick when we were assigned to a room that we later found out they knew was next to an extremely noisy elevator that sounds like it needs to be repaired ASAP. By the time we heard the noise, we were already settled in after a long drive and just hoped it would settle down. Unfortunately, I did not get much sleep that night. The next morning when I mentioned it, someone was immediately able to tell me my room number before telling them. This means they know there’s an issue, yet they continue to assign people to the room. Very disappointed! :( It’s a decent hotel, but just be sure you’re never assigned to room 202!

Pest issues This place have a pest issue and when brought up to front desk they didn't say sorry or even offer reimbursement of over 100 bucks worth of food lost. We woke up to food covered in ants everywhere there was food. They just said they will send maintenance up to the room. The assistant manager Thomas emailed me and told me he will give me 12,000 reward points. Sir I don't want your reward points I want my food to be reimbursed. I emailed Thomas back and told him I want reimbursement and he never replied back. This places is a dirty mess and a joke. Stay here at your own discretion. They have pest problems. First day in the place going to find my room there is a trash right in front of the door that had such foul odor coming from it. I had to call down to have someone change it. It was never even changed the next day. This place need better cleaners and pest control
