Home away from home Great place to stay. Handy, reasonable and clean. We’ve been staying here for many years and keep coming back. We’re never disappointed

Mediocre experience First off when we pulled up out side and got out of our car the terrible smell of an animal food plant near by was strongly present luckily the smell wasn't very present in the room. We stayed for 1 extra day and were charged more than what we had paid for the first 4 nights, when we talked to the front desk we were told that a refund for the difference would be put back on our card but that never happened. For a total of 5 nights house keeping only came 1 time so we had to go to the front desk and have them give use clean towels and bedding and had to do the changing of the bedding ourselves.

Ants in room Found ants on night stand in morning when I woke up checked out early because of this and told front desk lady this to see if she would offer different room but no apology from front desk, didn't offer different room and didn't seem surprised bout complaint.

Underwhelming Arrived late at night and room was dirty along with the bathroom, sucks when u have to wipe everything down yourself. No blankets on the bed just a sheet and pillows. Was very frustrated but i was to tired.

No customer service and no breakfast We were there for a medical procedure and the night shift ladies did not want to be bothered, I asked for 4 pillows and she said they only had 2 but as I walked back to my room I could see tons of pillows in the laundry shelves. No one would answer the desk bell when I went back for a blanket. They sat in the back out of sight and talked.
