BED BUGS!!! I stayed in Room 311 at the end of October, and I woke up with 6 bed bug bites. I informed the staff so they could begin investigation, and I had to call back 6 days later as no one had informed me if it was confirmed or not. I called the Manager, Mandy, the next day as she did not call me in the AM like I was told, and she confirmed there were bed bugs. They gave me hotel points, but they would not refund me my stay nor would they pay for the fumigation of my car (I left all luggage in my car as I didn't want to bring the bed bugs into my home). I communicated with Guest Relations of IHG as I have been using IHG since 2013, and they told me they could not do anything and was up to the Hotel Management team. Communication was lacking, and they were not kind or understanding. I highly recommend not staying at this hotel!

Good stay We slept like babies. The room was perfect. The breakfast attendant was super nice and friendly. The rooms were clean and near food and stores. The hotel was quiet and common areas were clean. We had no issues.

Average Hotel We stayed one night on a cross country road trip. The people working at the hotel were helpful but the desk was understaffed. The room was clean but attention to details was poor - no coffee in the room, loose toilet seat. We asked for a quiet room but could hear noise from the hallway and freeway traffic. Breakfast was above average. We chose the hotel because it was walking distance to a restaurant

Big room and clean just a little hiccup with breakfast We are on a cross country drive TN to CA) because we took our daughter back to college, so we are currently staying only one night, at mostly Holiday Inns to be honest! Why? Well because they have been very clean and their breakfast is just right! But this hotel disappointed just a little bit, although I am very grateful that they offer breakfast, I was very disappointed when we got to breakfast at around 6:30am and there was no eggs or bacon left and their juice/ water machine was out of order, I am not a coffee drinker, I usually drink cranberry juice! I feel that if you know your machine is out of service, maybe at least have pitchers with water/juice on ice available for the guests. I still left 4 stars, because our room was very comfortable, most important thing for me is a clean bed and clean bathroom and this hotel delivered for sure!!! I would definitely stay here again if our travels take us through here again!

Great stay, wonderful breakfast Very happy overall with the hotel facilities, we came so my daughter could enjoy the waterproof next door. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and all the staff were incredibly kind. The only two bummers were that they only had one person running breakfast (everyone I dined with was very patient and understanding of that!), so food ran out quickly, and our bed was not very comfortable. Otherwise the stay was great and I definitely recommend it. Very quiet, even with many children staying for the waterpark. For those who are like me and want to know what is available for breakfast, this location has an automated pancake machine, breads/bagels, cinnamon rolls, scrambled eggs, veggie/cheese omelets, biscuits and gravy, sausage, bacon, yoplait and chobani yogurts, oatmeal, cereals, milk/juice, and fruit. One of the best breakfast spreads I’ve had at a hotel!
