Completely disappointed and after being verbally attacked we will never be back The restaurant was awful over cooked pork chop and salmon When asked for the meal to be taken back we weee still billed for it until we asked for it to be removed The manager and chef we’re terrible at customer service Until this is fixed I would stay away Never in my life have I been so dissatisfied in the meal and response to being unsatisfied It’s not my fault is all they want to say Well I will call your district manager and write a poor review everywhere I can find That is what I can do Mr chef

Golf at The Lodge, Cloudcroft The hotel is fine, service is fine but golf at the Lodge is a very unpleasant experience. The course marshall starts you off with not "welcome" rathter "You can't" and "Don't" The course is only 9 holes, they don't water much, the course marshall is, in our experience, rude and threatening. You are way better off 45 minutes up the road at the Inn Of The Mountain Gods in Ruidoso, NM.

Hidden gem tucked in the Mountains A friend told us about the Lodge so we booked our stay and we can’t say enough kinds words about the staff and the Lodge itself. Tucked in the mountains of Cloudcroft……Everything was perfect - bed and linens were amazing, so cozy and comfy. We were on our motorcycle for this trip and while the weather was a tad chilly- we woke up on Sunday to snow and sleet. The staff let us stay past checkout until a break in the storm came so we could get off the mountain safely. We won’t forget their hospitality and caring about us. We will back.

Wonderful and Memorable Experience Great visit to this beautiful Lodge. Love the history, mystique and charm. Can't wait to go again. The staff were fun, adding to the charm and genuinely kind and accommodating. Clean, comfortable and absolutely enjoyable. Restaurant was excellent also.

Worth a Stay Fun, quaint hotel in charming town. The hotel was purchased not long ago and has undergone some renovation. Nicely redone rooms and bathrooms. This was our second time to stay at The Lodge. Recommended.
