Would not recommend During my stay, I encountered several issues that detracted from my overall experience. Firstly, I was disturbed at 1 AM by a noise complaint allegedly regarding students under my supervision, despite us being on the 2nd floor and the complaint referencing the 3rd floor. When I attempted to call to address this with the front desk, I was left on hold for over 10 minutes. Upon finally speaking with staff, I was met with dismissive responses, rather than a sincere apology or attempt to rectify the situation. As someone who had to wake up at 6 AM for a 12-hour workday, the importance of undisturbed rest cannot be overstated. The lack of professionalism and attention to detail exhibited by the staff at this establishment was disappointing and has led me to the decision to never stay at this hotel again.

Great Location/Comfortable We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the location is great and close to Sequoia National Park, the staff was very friendly and gave us a Great recommendation for a tour guide to see Sequoia Park(Keifer's Giant Sequoia Tours). We recommend this hotel as a good base for going to the local National Parks!

Ok stay For a hotel 3 stars, for a Hilton brand 2 stars. Wasn't horrible but we intentionally chose Hilton brand as we generally receive above and beyond hotel experience. Room was loud. Could hear parking lot traffic, cars revving engines, past bedtime hours. Couldn't hear the TV while someone else showering. Could hear other showers going loudly in am. Not sure if because we had the accessible room or all rooms are loud here. While breakfast had protein without meat and a waffle maker the fruit selection was horrid, all old and not edible. Clean rooms, clean breakfast area, nice non fruit food selection, nice coffee and hot tea selection. Not terrible, but with many Hilton brands in the nearby vicinity we would try somewhere else.

While in Clovis I was very satisfied with my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was perfect. There were plenty of clean towels in the room. The halls were clean. The laundry room worked out great.

Clean and comfortable Stayed for two nights, had a pleasant stay. Rooms and property very clean. I am very picky about cleanliness and this place was great on that account. I have a medical condition (CIRS) that is aggravated by molds and other biotoxins in the air. Had no problems at this hotel. Rooms in decent condition, some little things like cracking in lampshades that don't necessarily detract from the stay. The air fresheners used in cleaning were a bit much for my taste, but were tolerable. Breakfast was decent, typical Hampton Inn selection. Pool looked nice, didn't go in, but water was an acceptable temperature. Desk staff at all hours was business-focused and to the point. Not excessively friendly, but certainly fine and not rude. They got the job done. Would stay again and certainly recommend this place to others.
