Customer service bad_ My family recently stayed at this hotel. Our tub in the room was very slippery and my girls almost slipped and fell . My husband actually fell we let the front desk know and they had no compassion just filed an incident report. We are very disappointed and disatisfied

Helpful Staff, clean lobby and rooms Our first visit to Clovis & Fresno, and we were pleased with the hotel. The lobby was clean, with lots of seating area for business work or lounging. The lobby shop was full of snacks -- and we appreciated the good selection of travel sundries for our forgotten toiletries. The location was convienient. Close to the highway, and also to close to the downtown district of Clovis with its plethora of antique stores. As can happen on a trip, I even witnessed a guest expressing an UNreasonable request to the staff. The staff was very professional, and they diffused the situation very well & quickly. I was impressed. No issues with our stay. When we are in the area again, we will return.

Wouldn’t repeat this stay For the price I expected something a lot better. Rooms sorely need updating. Wi-fi dodgy. Hot water sparse. No free breakfast. I feel like I earned my Hilton points the hard way here. Given nearby competition, I would hope Hilton might step it up.

Look elsewhere for a good night's sleep. I was in town for a meeting at Fresno State so I purposely picked a Hilton since I'm a Hilton Honors member. Lesson learned. I should have stayed at the Holiday Inn next door. The manager was so awful, I'm tempted to cancel my Hilton Honors account and switch to a different brand. He was condescending and outright rude and refused to honor the rate I received when I reserved the room online. Needless to say, I won't be going back. Of course, I learned my lesson about arguing with him because then he proceeded to give me a room in the loudest part of the hotel. There was no option about sleeping in for my afternoon meeting, there was so much noise between 5:00am and 9:00am, I had no choice but to get up early. There's a lot of options in the Fresno/Clovis area. If you're going there for business, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Better options in the area This place is just ok. It’s gotten a little run down. There are furniture scratch marks everywhere and it just feels a little tired. Both telephones in my room didn’t work and nobody seemed to care. The fire alarm went off in my room every time I took a shower. Nobody seemed to care. This place will do, but there are newer and fresher options just around the corner or right next door. Unless you are desperate for Hilton points, I would go elsewhere
