Excellent choice Professional service, they recognize the loyalty of the membership. The room was excellent in size, cleanliness, quiet, no noise, there are several buildings very well located, in front of the beach and the pier, two blocks from a supermarket and a choice of restaurants. Complimentary breakfast for all diets, and the servers are constantly cleaning and replacing food, with a very generous schedule.

Oldie but Goodie Great service from all we came in contact with. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Rooms beside pier so no paying to park when you visit. Great overnight before a cruise. Have stayed several times alone and with friends. Will be staying again in the future.

Latest at the greatest. Most recent stay at this amazing hotel. From the moment I arrived to moment I checked out I felt welcomed as every other time. Staff and management is highly professional and super friendly. Great location and amenities include a great breakfast, gym , pool jist to name a few. Also within walking distance to the Pier and the ocean. Highly recommend staying here as it is worth it many times over.

Do NOT stay in horrible Best Western in Cocoa Beach Horrible experience in the hotel, staff at front desk and in the breakfast, room are rude and abusive, they gossip about you behind your back, saying bad comments to you and behind your back, saying that you ate too much, and you do not leave any tips, the staff at front desk not willing to help when some guests at night making noise, the front desk employee Mike is rude, abusive, talks over you, interrupts you, argue with you and not willing to help, the management the same rude and not helpful, do not recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel, noise, people smoke drugs in the rooms, staff doing nothing to help, mold in air-conditioning, rooms are not comfortable, if you stay on 1st floor, you can hear everything above noise, there are no insulation between rooms, there is construction in the buildings, dust and dirt.

Disappointed Nice location near to the beach and pier.The rooms need updating and smelt damp and musty. The building looks more like a motel. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was okay with a variety of options. Overall disappointed
