Hampton Inn Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral

Horrible customer service I stayed at the hotel for a cruise. It was very convenient with a shuttle services. The day of the cruise was horrible. The front desk person, AJ had yelled at me because i was apparently sitting in the wrong spot for the shuttle pick up. She said “well I am the supervisor, I’d advise you to listen to me or I will cancel your shuttle voucher and force you to pay more money for an uber”. I am just appalled by the treatment that I am getting at this hotel. When Jared was checking me in she was overtalking him and seemed like to over step his boundaries. I am a Diamond _ member and this is forcing me to not stay at Hilton anymore. I can’t believe she treats employees and diamond members that way. No way. I stay here often. You can parented I will never again.

Beware of AJ My experience at the Hampton Inn Cocoa Beach was unusual. Most of the staff is very friendly and very pleasant. The breakfast was phenomenal. The location Superb. With A short distant walk to the beach and a beach rental. The beach rental was very convenient. I paid for a full day use of two umbrellas and four lounger chairs. There was only one thing that made my very unpleasant. AJ. During my stay, I called down to the front desk every single day for new towels and new sheets. When I checked in, she told me that full service was available. Every day that I asked for it, she snapped at me telling me that she’s in the middle of something. What do I want. Uncalled for and how rude, On top of that when I called the desk for pool towels out for the pool She yelled at me on the phone and said to stop calling her. She’s dealing with it. What more do you want from me. I am just a palled that how she talks to us. If this is how she talks to me, I am for damn sure this is how she talks to everybody else. She said she is a supervisor and speaks to people that type of way. She seem to be passive aggressive with her colleagues at the front desk, speaking over them, and not allowing them to interact With the people who were in front of them. For instance, I asked one of the guys At the desk, where is a good place to eat and he told me where to eat. She pulled me aside and said that those restaurants were horrible and he gives bad suggestions. Why does she even talk badly about her coworkers. What a disgrace. This was a disappointing trip to Florida. I’ll make sure to stay somewhere somewhere else.

Easy place to stay! The room was clean, the breakfast was decent, and it was a short walk to the beach! We stayed here before we left on a cruise. We left our car in long term parking and used their shuttle service to get to/from the port. We were taken to the port exactly when they said, and when we walked off there was a shuttle waiting for us. I couldn't have been more pleased with our experience there as a whole.

Great spot Great spot. Rooms very clean and well equipped. Staff are so friendly and really make you feel welcome. Lovely welcome buckets filled with treats were given to the kids. Beach is a two minute walk down a sandy path. Pool is also great. Free breakfast was also fab. Five stars.

Wonderful Experience! My visit to this Hotel was the night before a Port Canaveral Cruise. My overall experience was great. They offer a complimentary breakfast in the morning along with shuttles that take you to the Cruise Terminal. The shuttles are $10.00 per person one way $16.00 round trip. They room was very comfortable and clean. They upgraded my room to a pool and ocean view on the top floor. That's something they didn't have to do and it made my stay even more pleasant.
