Super happy with our stay!! Perfect spot! Every employee we came in contact with was nice and helpful. Our room was very comfy House keeping is on top of everything. Our room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. I love the fluffy pillows. Both the food and service were great. Loved having gelato every evening. Super easy access to the beach. We enjoyed the outdoor lounge area a lot. There was live music on Saturday nite and it was very enjoyable. Even tho it is a bit pricy, we would definitely stay here again.

Best in Cocoa Beach Antoinette was amazing!!! She took great care of me and was extremely expeditious even though there were nation wide widows outages . Jarrett at the bar also took fantastic care of me. The cocktails were perfection as was the food! Highly recommended for exceptional service, refreshments & rooms! The staff & facilities exceed expectations!

Comfortable but NOT GREAT! The hotel has a good location, situated right on the beach . Guests will find the rooms to be clean and the beds comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. However, the hotel's pool may not meet expectations, particularly for those who enjoy lounging by the poolside, as it is notably inadequate for a beach hotel. Additionally, it is important to note that the umbrella service is not included in the stay. Guests should be prepared to incur an extra cost of over $50 per day for an umbrella and a couple of chairs.

Great hotel, great location We absolutely love this hotel, we visit 3 to 4 times a year. It’s always clean, quiet, the beds are comfortable. The staff is extremely courteous and accommodating. I especially love to text message communication service they use (any questions or services you need is always a text away with super quick response). We love the beach, pool and the tiki bar. We highly recommend staying here if you’re planning to visit Cocoa Beach.

Good Location for Beach and Views of Kennedy Space Centre Room was really nice, we had a corner one overlooking the beach. Room and hotel areas all very clean and well maintained. Regular updates on boards in Reception with latest rocket launches. Restaurants a little under-whelming, swerved the indoor one as its Menu was very limited. The outdoor bar/restaurant offered a more varied menu and staff were helpful. Pool very small and a little grubby. The beach bar was closed during the week but appeared to open on the Saturday. We sat at the beach bar when it was closed and were promptly moved along by security saying we couldn't sit there even though we were guests, so they have jobsworths in the USA too! Charges for umbrellas and loungers/seats for the beach was very expensive. Highlight of the stay was the visit to the Kennedy Space Centre, a must do trip. We arrived when they opened and didn't leave until they closed. It was a great day, lots to see and do and all presented very professionally. Lots of places to eat and drink. Also did the river boat cruise which was interesting and saw Manatees.
