Awful!! Beware! Place smelled of cigarette smoke and weed combined. Pictures on line are not of actual rooms. Scariest place I’ve ever stayed. Flight was delayed and this was the one of airline’s options for us. Would not be a place where I would choose on my own.

Help in a time of emergency. The hotel stay was very satisfactory. My wife and I were cancelled out of a 2 am international flight at the Atlanta airport and were desperate to find a hotel. On arrival at the hotel, the desk clerk announced at the door that the hotel was completely booked up by passengers from our flight. We sat in the lobby trying to figure out where to go next when the clerk told us we could have a room we suspect may have been reserved for his use. Needless to say, we were extremely grateful. It allowed us to get 4 hours of sleep before returning to the airport.

Awesome _ Clarion Pointe Hotel College Park is an amazing establishment. I've had the pleasure of staying here multiple times throughout the years. The Front Desk is always prompt with getting you checked in. The housekeeping staff is very attentive. The rooms are very spacious. To top it all off a very nice breakfast at your disposal in the mornings. Great shuttle service. I enjoy my stay everytime I'm here. Nick in his staff does a amazing job!

Dirty and unsatisfied Dirty and outdated rooms. I would next recommend staying here if you have the chance to stay elsewhere. Staff was in no rush to help the line of travelers get checked in and the rooms had dirty floors and looked like they had been neglected for years.

Stay Away! Awful, awful. We were sent there at 11 pm by Delta after we missed our connection. The young woman at the desk was totally unable to book out rooms and kept calling a manager by phone to walk her through it. She spoke little English so we couldn’t understand what she kept asking us. Took over 45 minutes to get checked in Then, when we finally got to sleep, she called us! Woke us up at ONE A.M (!) because she needed “ your code” Room was basic and not all that clean. Lots of noise in the halls. Football blaring in the lobby at all hours. Absolutely awful and Delta should not have this as an option for travelers already tired and stressed.
