Decent experience The room was clean, inviting and comfortable. There was a very strong odor of ozone in the room on the day we arrived, indicating that the room required deodorizing prior to our arrival. I am guessing someone must have smoked in the room prior. Our friend’s room did not have the ozone odor. Once the room aired out it smelled fresh and clean. The air conditioning worked very well. The hotel is in good shape. We will return next time we are in the area. The pool, however, was a different story. The pool was so cloudy you could not see the bottom. The pool should have been closed for cleaning but it was not.

Great hotel with true southern hospitality Great location. Excellent staff (very welcoming). Very good breakfast with multiple options. Good size rooms. Would stay again.

. The remote control was not provided in the room, despite my requesting it three times. When it was finally brought, it did not work and they had to search for the router. During this process, they pulled out a shelf and did not bother to repaint the area. As a result, both of my daughters experienced asthma symptoms. This caused great frustration for me and we were unable to sleep at the hotel during our last two days. Additionally, I paid for parking but still received two notices of towing on my car. Despite going inside twice, no one at the front desk informed me that I needed a tag for my car until another guest mentioned it. Worse experience ever !!

Must Stay At This Location First, Damian was so kind, energetic, greeted us with a smile every time he saw our group, extremely patient and helpful! Second, the breakfast/coffee served was amazing and we had different choices daily! Third, the bed/pillows were very comfortable! We shall return to your location in the future. Last, but not least-kudos to your entire customer service reps because they were so kind and dealt with every issue with a smile on their face even when the guest was wrong! I never heard a "no" from the rep because they made sure to be so accommodating! GREAT JOB STAFF! If you are ever in the area you MUST stay at this location!
