Very Disappointing We booked this hotel on a last-minute option and it was around other similar-quality hotels. It was very reasonably-priced and included breakfast. It was a mistake. From the moment we arrived, it was not a great experience. We checked in and received no instructions about breakfast or pool times. We specifically asked (in advance on their website) to be placed on a high floor, away from the elevator or ice machine. We were disappointed to be placed right across from the ice maker on the main floor, with the indoor pool right outside our window. The entire night we were awoken with noise from outside the rooms. The room was very dark, brown carpet and bedspread, and the wifi did not work our entire stay there. The bathroom shower/room was dated and the titles were missing grout and appeared dirty. Breakfast the next day was OK, but they ran out of food when we showed up only 1/2 way into the opening hours (sometimes if you show up at the last minute, you can expect they have run out of food). We asked the person working the area, and she confirmed they ran out of muffins. However, the waffle maker was working fine. After breakfast, I worked out at the gym, and the air conditioner was not working. So it was about 90F, and I am working out in the room with no AC, windows or other ventilation. In hindsight, we would have stayed elsewhere, but if you are considering staying here, just be sure to know what you are getting, and manage your expectations.

Not a quality hotel for the family The first appearance of the hotel itself will drain all your spirit of stay in a choice hotel. The reception is a small area with no modern amenities you can expect. Once you start walking to the room, you can feel that you are going through a 1960's building with little or no modernization. What you see in internet pictures are entirely different with the view. As soon as you enter the room you could smell the old carpet. Then the bed, which I think looks like a trampoline. Then the TV stand pretty old, no fridge, no microwave or any thing you see in a standard hotel. Bathroom is a very narrow space, you have to stand close to the toilet to close the door, so you can make out how big it is! Even after complaining of no wifi, there was no response and we were without Wifi for the entire 12H stay in the hotel. Most disaster is the sound from the neighboring room, I think there were kids or teens screming through out the night, and none of us could sleep. I strongly recommend readers not to use this as a place to stay especially if you are with your family.

Worst hotel EVER let us begin with the rats that aggressively approach you from the dumpster that are left wide open, or the rats that are feeding from the table top BBQ that is on the ground floor or the dead one that was squashed in the driveway. We can move on to the trash that is spilling out into the parking lot, leaving a ruver of grey murkey water that you have to walk thru. Disgusting dosent quite describe it. Management were oblivious, when confronted we were met with an air of indifference. The stairwell was unlit, perhaps for the best as the next morning g we saw vomit on the stairs. I'm sorry I gave to give this a one star, it deserves so much less.

Needs Renovations Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean. Breakfast is your usual self-serve. There is a heated indoor pool (that we did not use) and a pool room. Indoor and outdoor carpets need to be replaced. Room was nice except that our safe door was broken.

There were rats outside! We arrived to the hotel at dark and the front desk staff was nice. The hotel seemed old but ok. After arriving in our room, we looked out the window to find men building a charcoal fire and grilling out in the parking lot. The next morning while packing the car there was a HUGE rat at the dumpster, which was adjacent to the hotel and restaurant area. Needless to say, we did not take advantage of the complementary breakfast.
