Great Family Vacation Fun This is a great location for enjoying and understanding the Panamanian rainforest as well as the Panama Canal. All rooms are large a comfortable with terraces overlooking beautiful terrain. Staff is very pleasant and professional. Huge swimming pool. Food is OK, not great but you don’t come here for the food.Canal and rainforest trips can be scheduled by staff. Great place for kids and business conferences.

Excellent, excellent, excellent! The pillows were amazing (Hotel Collection 1200 G). Klara was amazing at the front desk. She found out it was my birthday and made my birthday extra special (there was a cupcake waiting for me at the room with a tray that said Happy Birthday (in Spanish)). The room had amazing views and had a hammock in the balcony. We very much recommend the boat tour that takes you to Monkey Island (Isla del Mono). We saw several species and fed them (bananas and grapes). We had them on the boat so we got great video of the interaction. We looked for crocodiles or cayman (no alligators here in Panama) but we didn’t see any on the tour. We had a great breakfast buffet. Perfect place to relax; wonderful views!

Very mixed feelings My friends and I had a lot of conversation about how to rate this resort. Let’s start with the good. The stuff was spectacular. Everyone remembered who we were …there were warm and welcoming from the beginning until our last night. The resort is tired…definitely needs work. But my biggest complaint was that the buffet was the only place open and providing food to the all inclusive. Although not bad overall a buffet meal 12 times over 4 days was too much. You definitely need to confirm what is open… especially because it is desolate with no where else to go. Beautiful location…great birding…overall the experience was 5 star worth but the resort itself was a three.

Amazing place We were only here for one day in transit to the airport but we will most definitely be returning such a wonderful place! Don’t think you would ever find another place like it truly superb We had a buffet lunch which was superb such an amazing selection

BEST WILDLIFE VACATION! This was the favorite part of our family trip. 6 nights - great food, wildlife GALORE! Monkeys - 3 different kinds! - , toucans, agoutis, capybara, alligators, turtles, owls, porcupine, birds - it was amazing. The highlight every night was the free night safari. We just loved this place!
