Urban Cool! Awesome Decor Boutique Hotel - Wyndham Win! Love the brick decor and Golden/Brass vibes! Our Wedding Anniversary acknowledgement by staff with bottle of wine and chocolate dipped strawberries in our room! Golden Hour Bar and BLKMGK Breakfast perfect!

Exquisite Exquisite hotel. Arrived to chocolate dipped strawberries that were objectively perfect. Aesthetic experience not to be passed up. Front desk was a little stressed as it is a very popular spot, so remember to be kind. Room service was fast and reliable. Coffee bar had perfect croissants and drip coffee open nice and early for those who like it quiet. Will be coming back.

Pick this one!! Right downtown with Mountain View’s, and short walk to nightlife and restaurants. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The decor honors the historic building, but has a perfect mix of old and new.

4 pm Check In is Absolutely Firm My wife and I came here for a Wedding Anniversary Getaway. We arrived at 2:30 pm, and they made us wait until exactly 4 pm to check in to our $300 per night suite. The 4 pm check in is posted on their web site. There is a blaring music in the entire lobby area. It is so loud that my wife and I had to go outside on the sidewalk to hear each other talk. It is rudely loud. It was even blaring at 6 am when I came down in the mornings for coffee. My wife and I did order and receive a wonderful massage from the Spa. The suite was nice and quiet. Sorting through layers of web pages to find the room service menu proved so difficult that a front desk person came to my room to help me find the menu, and she was stumped. Their web designer needs a customer to verify the ease of their pages before publishing them. The room was nice though.

Mining Exchange Is Excellent I very much enjoyed my stay here. The place has a lot of character and feels plush without being stuffy. The coffee shop and lobby bar are great spots to hang out and the breakfast dishes are excellent. The beds are comfy, toiletries well appointed and the staff clearly takes pride in their work. If you’re ever considering a visit to Colorado Springs give this place a try. It will make your trip enjoyable. Safe travels!
