Average accommodation, below average service Asked the overnight desk for late checkout and said he put it in. Checked in the morning with day staff and the desk staff called the supervisor, he there returned and accused us of lying stating, “I’m not buying that.” The front desk staffer was very rude and disrespectful.

Very Nice Spacious Room Overall a nice stay, however, the rooms (we had two) did not provide a welcome book with information regarding restaurant hours or a menu. We would have liked to know of the nearby restaurants or what to do in Columbia. The elevators did not work properly - very shakey and actually moving before the doors closed! Breakfast and dinner were overpriced but service was very good. The shower pressure was amazing!

Go see Sandra! I stay at this hotel nearly every time I come to Maryland. Always a good experience and I love seeing Sandra at the bar. She always remembers my name and my preferred drink! Please go see her. The complimentary water and cookies are a major plus as well.

Pick another hotel Rooms were dated and minimally clean. There was a bug on the ceiling. We were kept up both nights by guests running through the halls at all hours. $20 for subpar breakfast. Front desk had trouble both making and checking in our reservations for 2 rooms for 2 nights. Much prefer a Residence Inn or Courtyard at same price point. Would not recommend.

Newly renovated hotel I picked this hotel due to its proximity (four miles) to the Horowitz Visual and Performing Arts Center. It is a newly renovated hotel. I particularly enjoyed the high-quality room, with a walk-in shower, comfortable bed, and large television. The hotel is nicely secluded. The Breakfast Buffet offering was substantial and of good quality. The attendant went above and beyond in her helpfulness and friendliness. I would stay here again.
