You had one job at check in and you couldn't get that right Where should I start we checked in on a reservation that was prepaid and because the gentleman that checked us in was so in a rush he charged my card several times. You charge $50 per night for incidentals (which doesn't make sense because you don't have room service parking is free and there are no in room purchases) . now I've worked in hotel management for over 10 years and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to make sure you pull all third party reservations and place them on the generic card number that is used. Change the profile so that when you do check them in it is only for incidentals only and the number one thing is pay attention to what you are doing. Someone needs to contact me asap because this is crazy, if you can't do that at check in then perhaps you should go clean rooms.

Great Hotel! Great customer service, great staff and great accommodations!! Our family will definitely be coming again in the future!! Always helped to get what we needed. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Would recommend for everyone to stay at. Great prices and great rooms. Exactly what we needed and were looking for!

Fantastic Staff and Modern Well appointed Hotel Staff was extremely accommodating especially Nathaniel who went way out of his way to cut up fruit and watermelon for our kids when we didn't have a knife. Front desk staff were always present and ready to make sure we had a great stay. Thanks!

Nice, clean, modern hotel!! My family of 4 recently stayed here on our return home and were pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel and room was for the money. This hotel was one of the nicer places we have stayed in. The room had 2 queen size beds and a couch that could have also slept someone else. The shower room was separate from the bathroom which was nice so someone could have privacy while someone else showered in the other room. This my first time staying in a room in this hotel chain and based on our experience, I would definitely try them again. The evening front desk gentleman was very friendly.

Fair Deal Location is nice. Staff was pleasant. My biggest complaint was the bed was not up to normal Marriott standard. Seemed old and flat. Otherwise the room was clean, although a bit dated (not the worst I've seen in a Springhill though).
