Cambria Hotel Columbus - Polaris

Cambria is a great place to stay in Columbus, Ohio. The hotel was located right off the freeway and close to many restaurants. The price was very reasonable and the hotel had all the amenities you would want. The pool, hot tub and fitness room were very clean and well equipped. The hotel was very quiet and clean. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable.

Don't let the facade trick you!! DON"T STAY HERE!!! Discount all positive reviews...they are deceitful. Our room A/C was broken, the thermostat was set to 69 degrees but the room stayed at 78 degrees the entire stay. Also, our bed was broken and slept with our feet higher than our head the whole night. The front desk was clueless and offered no remedy, only passed-off our concerns to the next daytime manager and maintenance. The pool pump must have been broken because there was no movement of the water and you could see hairs floating in the pool. I will NEVER stay here again...even if it was free. We had a friend that stayed there the weekend after us...and his truck (and 5 others) was broken in to...the glass in the truck was smashed. The police responded and told them that its a regular occurrence at this location and that they often break into vehicles to look only for guns. The hotel is aware of it and has signs in the elevator indicating they hold no liability for break-ins. I would have talked my friend into staying somewhere else if I had known they were considering staying at Cambria hotel Columbus, Oh POLARIS. My friend told me that their room A/C was broken...I asked them their room number just to see if they happened to stayed in the same room as we did...it was a different room! SMH DON'T STAY HERE! The appearance of the common areas look amazing....the management will run this place into the ground....quickly. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Wonderful stay! My husband and I both loved everything at Cambria. Soon after we got to our room, we called the desk and asked for another bath towel. Two minutes later there was a knock at our door and the man who checked us in brought towel! The hotel and room was clean and bed was very comfortable! Location was great. Checkout was easy. Will definitely go back!

Comfortable Hotel & Wonderful Staff! We enjoyed a girls night out in the Polaris area. We shared one of the 2 room suites for a one night stay. The room had enough space for all of us to sit and relax. The hotel staff was wonderful!!! The hotel was clean and comfortable. It looked like they were in the process of remodeling/updating the decor. The light continental breakfast was just right for us girls. We are looking forward to staying there again.

Nice play to stay, clean and comfortable, but look don’t look for any kind of breakfast just toast and juice. Very nice boutique hotel with all the amenities plus some. It lost a star because of the attitude of the front desk upon arrival and the toast and juice for breakfast??? Did have two TVs in the room and actually had hangers in the closet but then again I did have a suite.
