Good stay Stayed here for 2 nights. Booked due to proximity to an event occurring at the state fair grounds. Our room was clean, beds comfortable, size of room was good. Though little hard to maneuver between wall and bed. Mostly quiet, did hear someone in hallway who was on phone - no seal on bottom of door so we could hear hallway conversations. Kids said pool was good temp. Employees friendly and helpful.

FLEAS... FILTHY... STAY AWAY!!! Additionally, when we moved from the smoky room to the flea-ridden room, I left an item behind. Staff couldn't find it in the first room, so I left my name & number in case it was found. At the end of checkout, I asked if it had been found. The clerk held up my item asking if it was mine. He stated that the previous shift didn't leave a note or instructions with it. STAY AWAY!!!

Great price, just recommend extra cleaning. We slept ok, beds were comfy, shower and ac great. Breakfast good. Pool was great. Staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. Only downside is area is soso and floors were dirty. Had to take towel to clean floors but even then my feet were disgusting after walking around for an hour.

July review The hotel was clean and the room was modern. Check in and check out was effortless. The staff was attentive and the breakfast was satisfying. This is what I have come to expect from Comfort Inn and I will continue to stay with choice hotels and gain points

Man at the front desk needs a hug. The gentleman at the front desk was less than helpful. We wanted to swim in the pool and asked for towels, we were informed by him that there were no towels in the pool area just to use the ones from our room so we did. Later when the 6 of us wanted to take a shower there were no towels to dry off with because we had used the 4 we had in the room to go to the pool. So I went down and asked him for a few towels to take a shower with. He told me no new towels until housekeeping gets there in the morning! I asked if I could even have one towel, as the ones we used to dry after swimming smelled like chlorine. He said when housekeeping gets here. Okay no go so we used the spare t shirts we packed to dry off after a shower, so we could be clean after using the overly chlorinated pool, to go to my daughters graduation ceremony the next day. Next dilemma came at bedtime when we realized that there were no sheets or blankets for the pull out couch in the drawer even though we had put it in the notes for our stay that we would be using it. So back to the desk we go, praying shift change had occurred, nope no shift change, same man. I asked him if we could please have a sheet and blankets for the pull out couch and a pillow if he had a spare. He told me I already gave them to you. I told him no you didn't, I need sheets and blankets at the bare minimum so my kids can go to bed. He sighed and stormed into the back room and came back 10 minutes later with sheets, blankets, and a pillow. He told us to have a nice night in the most condescending tone. Then at 3 am they slid my receipt under the door being loud enough to wake up my two kids sleeping on the pull out couch. While getting doing a once over to get ready for checkout we realized that there was moldy food tucked between the night stand and the bed. So obviously the room wasn't cleaned very well. At check out it was once again the same man, I think he is the only one that runs the desk. Needless to say I don't think we will return. The beds were comfy and soft but not worth the hassle of a mediocre breakfast, and a man with a crappy attitude at the desk.
