Not what I reserved and gross. We checked in very late, however, I made the reservation online 10 minutes before I checked in. I reserved a King room. When we walked in our room it was 2 double/queen beds. I called the desk and Anthony told me they were out of King beds. He did not mention that when we checked in. There was hair in the sink, on the bathroom floor, and in the shower. Long black hair and short black curly hair. The same hair was in the sheets of both beds. It was disgusting. It was 2 a.m. so I cleaned the best I could and had a less than restful night. At 8:30 housekeeping was outside my door discussing loudly who had left and who had not. Do not recommend.

Really enjoyed my stay I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was great .the hotel was very nice,the pool area was great, breakfast great , my room really clean will stay again when.my check went smooth, the front desk and management was great visit Columbus. Thank you for your hospitality.

Holiday inn express! Great customer service! Erik took care of us so well!!! Our room was so clean, the staff was all so kind and efficient. I love how friendly the staff was at breakfast! I also used the workout facilities! They have treadmills, weights and more. Also a good spot for homework in the lobby and a nice fireplace outside! Also across the street from a chick fil a!!!

A fine example of a Holiday Inn Express Probably the best Holiday Inn Express I have stayed at. Nice building (looks relatively new), clean, good internet, decent TV, nice pool and hot tub. Room was very nice, with the only problem we could find was a shower sliding door that was off the track(basically stuck). We could hear noise from the nearby airport, but after living near Dulles Airport, we did not find it obtrusive. We have had a couple of subpar experiences at other Holiday Inn express hotels, but after this experience, we will definitely keep IHG hotels on our "likely to use" list.

Perfect Stay! I found this hotel to be very unique as far as Holiday Inn Express hotels go. While the rooms and lobby were familiar, the staff service and level of care from management was what made it special for me. I was surprised by the friendliness and constant smiles from everyone I encountered working. It truly shows that they enjoy working there, which is not typical in this day and age. Managers Stephen, Clint and Autumn were present and accessible during my stay, and each one of them at one point or another asked me how my experience was. The housekeepers smiled and said hello as I walked to and from my room, and even the other guests were mentioning at breakfast what a pleasant and refreshing stay that they had. Kudos to everyone here, and great job to the management team for having great people and allowing them to enjoy where they work! I can't wait to come back again in July when taking my mom to her appointments! The only thing I can give caution about is that it's quite difficult to get into and out of the parking lot because of the rude drivers on the main road. Other than that, this was as close to a perfect stay as I've had!
