Days Inn by Wyndham Columbus Airport

Not worth the money 1, only because -0 is not an option. The hotel is located minutes from the airport. Excellent location, but the hotel is falling apart. Floors are dirty, rooms are filthy. It’s a shame that the conditions are this bad. I really hope they renovate and they hire more staff to get the job done.

What Happened!?! We have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the years and never had any issues or complaints. This time we read the reviews and saw where bedbugs were a problem. We still booked trusting that since we had stayed previously we would have no issues (I do realize some people like to complain). When we checked in the lady was courteous and friendly. We asked to get a ride to the airport; however, the shuttle was already booked. We left our vehicles at the hotel for the week, as we have done multiple times. This time around though the reviews were true. One of our three rooms had blood on the sheets, on the walls, and the lamps. It smelled like it had been fumigated. The bathtub still had water sitting in it as it was clogged. Unfortunately or fortunately, this room was occupied by our son and his wife (not us)and they didn’t take pictures. What I do have pictures of is the damage done to my daughter’s vehicle which was rammed into by someone while we were away on vacation!! This hotel needs to be inspected and shutdown until it can be better managed and cameras need to be placed for the parking lot. If I am going to pay for leaving my car, there should be some way to find out who is damaging vehicles. Even if the hotel isn’t responsible.

SEE THE PICTURES FOR THE STORY! Room was so dirty! SEE THE PICTURES TAKEN AS SOON AS WE CHECKED INTO ROOM and you will understand. I can deal with beat up furniture and oldness, but not dirty. Went to counter as soon as we checked in and was told, "ALL OF OUR ROOMS ARE THE SAME AND IN THE SAME CONDITION." Hair and filth everywhere. Look at the hand towel I scooted around the room on to keep my feet clean. Black mold all over tub. See the red stain in tub. Dirty sink with stains. Hand prints on mirror. Towels on rack dirty and just like you see them in picture when we checked in (got replacements from front counter that were clean, but they are old and rough.) Burns in bed covers. Very loud fridge and A/C unit. My frustration built up and I went to counter on day 2 and shared pictures of room with person working who at least heard me out and offered a room change but we were leaving in the morning and didn’t want to move everything. Just wanted time to pass to get out of there. Oh and there is no breakfast as advertised. Beware! Scary dirty rooms!

price was great, but other things not so great the room rate was very good, but there were issues with the TV and lamps in the rooms - beds were great

Okay stay Room was less than expected and property was mostly just meh. There was no breakfast whatsoever even though breakfast was advertised.
