Pros & Cons Chose this hotel because it was close to all the shopping and restaurants at Easton. Upon arrival we noticed people we assumed as homeless, sleeping in the grass or wandering in the parking lot. Not a good start. The reception staff seemed uninterested and she was on the phone and eating dinner at her computer. As gold members we had to request water. Yes as others mentioned, the elevators are somewhat frightening but got us where we needed to go. The room was clean and modern. Plenty of storage in the bathroom with a wide counter and additional shelving. Love a walk in shower. Our refrigerator however, was warm so we were not able to keep our water or leftovers cold. The electrical outlets on one side of the bed didn’t work nor did the ones on the tv stand. We haven’t had breakfast yet so can’t comment on it. Overall I would choose a different hotel on my next visit to Columbus.

Not recommended. While the room was very clean, there were a number of issues. There are 2 elevators that made a terrible squeaky sound when operational. One was out of order while we were there and it was not known when it would be repaired. There are 5 floors in the hotel. We were glad to check out with our bags prior to the other elevator giving out. The pool facility was closed. Breakfast was mediocre. The juice dispenser squirted water sideways instead of producing cranberry juice. The hand sanitizer dispenser at the breakfast buffet line was empty.

keep on driving not safe or clean. wow I have never experienced a hotel so bad. there was a large group that was staying there probably 50+ that were drunk, high, yelling, running the halls, and shooting fireworks off in the parking lot hitting cars. the staff did very little to control or kick out the Zoo. the rooms were 7/10 on cleanliness and the whole building has a smell. the breakfast was mush, pool was closed, elevator was slow and made a lot of bad sounds. the staff even said they couldn't wait to leave and go home. overall, a bad experience.

Dirty dirty dirty **Avoid this Hotel at All Costs** I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with my family, and it was an absolute nightmare. The place was filthy and reeked of a terrible odor. The pillows were ridiculously small, about half the size of regular pillows, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom was the worst part—black mold covered the walls and tub, making it not only disgusting but also a serious health hazard. To top it off, there were huge cobwebs everywhere, and the sofa bed was a complete joke: crooked and uncomfortable. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel. We regretted every minute of our stay.

Horrible!! Beware!! BEWARE!!! This property is NOT safe. Do NOT be fooled by the camera tower in the parking lot. No on-site security. By far one of the worst travel experiences we've had. We arrived on Friday. Had an event to attend Friday evening and arrived back at the hotel around 10 pm. Woke up Saturday morning to find out our vehicle had been broken into and window shattered. Not only our vehicle but another on the opposite side of the parking lot. Spoke to front desk manager, Bennie. Apparently, this is a known problem and has happened several times before. Bennie, I would say, may be the best thing this property has going. Spent all day at the hotel on Saturday. Had to contact Columbus Police to file a report. They took the report over-the-phone because there was also a mass shooting on High Street the night before, and we were told it could be a day before anyone made it out. We were trying to find a rental car. All locations were sold out, even at the airport, due to large events around the city. Glass repair unavailable until Monday. Woosah! By this point, my husband was ready to check out. We felt violated and unsafe. As with the rental cars we found all hotels were also booked. Sunday, around 11:45PM, fire alarm sounds, and entire building was evacuated. What next??? Monday morning to find a bug crawling across our bed. **We had already taken note that we found a wine bottle behind the chair and pubic hairs all over the bathroom shelf**, which indicates the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. Super disgusted! We had to unpack and shake everything we had brought to ensure we weren't carrying bugs out in our luggage. While checking out on Monday, a couple fanatically enters the lobby requesting security as their vehicle had been stolen. Literally, every single night Friday-Monday, something happened. Vehicles were hit every day during our stay. Unacceptable. We are well traveled, and this by far was the absolute worst. Property management needs to keep their premises reasonably safe and protect guest from foreseeable criminal acts and crimes by third parties in the area. If a Property Managers cannot address a dangerous situation, they should warn the guest about it. We were not warned. I would NEVER stay here again.
