Thieves work here!!!! Thieves work here!!! Nobody to blame but ourselves I guess but we checked out of this hotel at 4am on the early morning of November the 2, 2024. We were staying here because we had an early flight out and upon checking out, my wife emptied her hands on the front counter. She laid a stack of scratcher lottery tickets on the counter that a group of us had purchased and left without taking them. She called back to the front desk once she realized her error (yes….it was a bonehead move) and they told her that they put them all into an envelope. We picked them back up the next day and discovered that all of the winner lottery tickets had been removed from the pile. We understand, my wife messed up. But if someone has sticky fingers knowing damn well someone is gonna notice, what are they doing when they don’t think anyone will notice. We bought an entire book of a certain ticket and we have every single loser. We know exactly what serial numbers were stolen and plan on contacting the Ohio lottery commission to see if they can track down where they were cashed in and if there is video. Seams like a lot to go through, I know. But I absolutely hate thieves!!!

Not staying here again Would not recommend! Seems like they might be trying to update here, which is good because it REALLY needs it. Just a warning..... if you're booking this hotel to use the airport pick a different one! If you use points or use a 3rd party to book... sorry you're not parking here... they don't give you an option or tell you this when booking. In my mind defeats the purpose. They won't even let you pay for the parking...... check in wasn't the friendliest. We won't be staying here again.

Horrible!!! This place is outdated. Smells. Air conditioner leaked all over the floor. Was reports prior to our stay. Still not repaired.!! The carpet in the halls wrinkled. There are no USB ports to charge your phone. The furniture looked like it was the 70s. Bathroom floor tiles move as you attempted to brush your teeth. Beds were lumpy. I would sleep in my car. It's at least clean. The only bonus is watching the planes. Money back please!!

It’s poor form to fully close off the main entrance to your hotel and not tell anyone beforehand. Room uncomfortable It’s just not very nice. To start with the main and really only marked entrance was totally blocked off by some construction project. No warning of that or signage to help direct you. Just a deadend you had to back out of. Side entrance had a running car sitting beside it with a guy smoking weed in it. Room was 83 degrees on arrival someone had switched thermostat to heat. Took it hours to cool down. Door wouldn’t close properly, had to be slammed to engage lock. Pillows were weird match of shapes. Not sure why. Had the large wooden bed frames that stick out for your shins at night especially in a tight room which it was. So on balance I would suggest spending money somewhere else.

Just OK We have stayed at a number of Hilton Garden Inns over the years and generally we find them to be a cut above other hotels, but this particular property is not a cut above. Property needs upgraded. Lobby staff not that attentive or friendly. Room and property was clean.
