Family is satisfied We stayed on the Friday after the 4th of July. It was surprisingly quieter than I anticipated. Hotel was well kept. Pool was great, my toddler and baby loved it. (If I had to complain I guess I’d say the water was a little chilly.) But we had no issues with our say. Hotel staff was pleasant and breakfast was satisfactory too! We would stay here again.

Senior citizens beware I warn people with physical limitation to avoid this motel. There were no luggage carts in the morning or evening. When I explained that we could not transport our items without help (due to being senior citizens dealing with cancer and artificial joint replacements), the staff did not care. We were told that guests keep the carts in their rooms. They would not help us with our luggage after we asked for help. It was the first time that my ID was not allowed at registration because our account is in my husband’s name (though the credit card and email are in my name and I booked the room for 2 people). The shower head was more than 6 feet high and set at a fine mist. We expected a nice Holiday Inn Express motel at this location. We were appalled and disappointed at their lack of regard for the welfare of their guests. I contacted Guest Relations and the management after our stay. It appears that the issues we encountered will not be changed for future visitors. They don’t seem to care.

WORST HOTEL EVER I went to hotel at check in time and they said we were already checked out even though I scheduled check in time for today. The employees here are terrible (very rude). Manager is a brat. My brother(6 yr old) is very sad this was his favorite hotel until today. 0 STARS

Bad experience. Lost sleep, still fighting over a week long hold on my credit card...Would NOT recommend. Through December of last year, I had Platinum status with IHG. This year, I am still Gold status. So, I expect a little bit from my loyalty. This hotel experience was so grief filled, that I am reeling. I got to the hotel around 9:30 P.M. It was not the usual pleasant greeting at the front desk. I was immediately informed that there was a $250 mandatory credit hold put on every room stay. I was shocked...because I travel A LOT. This is not normal. But, since it was late, I didn't want to give up my reservation. The desk clerk informed me that the hold was because they were having " a lot of room damage". Again...I am a member in good standing with IHG. Plus, she said they'd been having break-ins. This hotel is very near a high-end shopping destination...so I was surprised at that too. I got my room key, and figured I'd just put the dead bolt on, get my night's sleep and leave in the a.m. I was on the top floor. When I got off the elevator, I was hit with a hallway that reeked of marijuana smoke. If I hadn't been so tired...I would have checked right back out. I went into the room, used ALL the locks and settled down for the night. Around 11, the noise started. I could hear teens running up and down the hall and shouting. This lasted almost to one a.m. I ended up only getting 5 hours sleep. I quickly had the small breakfast and left. ONE week later??? That hold is STILL on my credit card...and NOT just the $250...but the room amount. THAT even though my credit card processed the room amount in a separate charge. I will NEVER stay there again. It used to be a nice location...if it is a franchise, IHG better make a visit and change things. Traveler beware.

Very nice holiday conveniently located close to the Columbus Zoo We primarily chose this hotel due to their nice pool so my 10 year old daughter could swim. It was also relatedly close to the Zoo which was our primary reason for going to Columbus during her fall break from school. This hotel was very nice and the staff were all very nice.
