Great Stay Very accommodating with my needs. I often travel to this area due to health conditions. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay near downtown Columbus We were here for a convention and while Hyatt is not near the convention center, the use of their shuttle made it very easy to get there! The room was comfortable including the mattress. Pillows are very soft but I travel with my own now anyways, for that reason. We enjoyed our time here! All staff were very helpful!

Well designed interior and exterior Beautifully appointed rooms. Quality mattresses and bedding. Attention to details. Very relaxing and clean. Safe, and secure environment.

Great hotel The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location offers a shuttle service to near by attractions. I failed to look into this prior to purchasing event parking, but will keep it in mind for my next visit. The building was really clean. I'll for sure stay here again.
