Hotel Hell!!!! To summarize: no heat in lobby, no cable all weekend, some showers only had scalding hot water, some showers only had ice cold water, mold in rooms, dressers hadn't been dusted ever, never got extra towels, no cups in rooms, no refrigerator, ice makers didn't work on any floor, phone didn't work so couldn't call front desk, pool half full, hot tub was roped off with a power line hanging above it, dead bat in stairwell and to top it off....fire alarms went off at 7 am Sunday due to pipes bursting on the 5th floor due to no heat up there. Water gushing out of the elevators, down stairways, flooding rooms & hallways and making at least 2 inches of ice at the exit door. Checking out was insane and the poor girl at the front desk had to deal with dozens of irate customers....no management to be found. We had over $ 4,000 worth of rooms that all refused to pay for.

the worst stay ever We have a flood the room wasn't clean no towels. The Gmail was suppose to call me about all of the problems . Never called. The staff was rude. It was cold every where. The lights did work in my room. I coukd take shower because of the water pressure. Don't ever stay at this property. This is a disgrace!!!!!!!

Run Down We reserved our room 2 weeks prior to our stay and asked for the 4th floor. They said the 4th floor was sold out. People walking into the hotel the day of our stay, with no reservations, got on the 4th floor. The original room that they gave us was not cleaned. It was extremely hot, the linens were all over the floor along with some wet towels that made the room smell worse than the sweatiest gym locker room that I've ever been in. Every ice machine in the building was broken except for the one on the 1st floor and the cable was out in the entire hotel. Upon going to bed that night, the ice machine cycled every 2 minutes and I couldn't even drowned out the sound because we had no television. The only bright spot was that each and every employee that I encountered was exceptionally nice and tried to make the best of the dump that we stayed in

They Don't Care About Their Guest No hot water in my room, TV didn't work. I called down to the front desk more then once asking for helping and nothing was done. I walked down to the front desk and all she could do was take 30% of the price of my room? Didn't offer to move me to another room or anything that would help. This hotel gives the Ramada brand a bad name.

This hotel is under renovation. No heat in the lobby. No... This hotel is under renovation. No heat in the lobby. No towels till the next day. No cable all weekend. Front desk was rude when we asked about the services and when they would be fixed.
