Disappointed We stayed here for a night with our dog and were excited for a dog friendly hotel with a restaurant/bar. Pretty disappointed to find out that they don’t allow dogs on their restaurant’s outdoor patio. Not as dog friendly as we had expected or hoped for!

BEST hotel! Excellent hotel, very clean and comfortable. Was assisted by Salma who provided excellent customer service. The hospitality of the staff was very welcoming and warming! I highly recommend this location!

It will not disappoint!! If you are looking for a centrally located hotel that has great customer service, spacious and clean suites/rooms, comfy beds, and nice restaurant, then the Sheraton Suites of Columbus is the place for you; I am very loyal to the Marriott brand, and was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely stay here again, especially given it's proximity to OSU and downtown Columbus (10-12 min ride).

QUALITY in Service A trip, when planned is ment to excite not frustrate. When my trip presented frustrations the team at Sheraton Suites Columbus North was quick to offer solutions. There are many places one can stay, but few where one can fell at home and protected. The team here will ensure you as well as your stay are excellent.

Visited for a Meeting. Definitely Coming Back for Leisure! We stayed for a two-day board meeting with a nonprofit organization. The staff was incredible. Fikrit was a star. He was there to serve us at every turn, and he ensured that our stay exceeded our expectations. The bartender Jen rocked! She handled our large group with such ease and professionalism. The planning with Phil & Mike went smoothly. The entire process was wonderful. The new hotel renovations are amazing. What a beautiful space. Our stay was so phenomenal that I am looking forward to returning - just for fun with my family. Thanks, Sheraton, for knocking it out of the park!
