Bad I will Never stay at your hotel ever again I was treated very bad and accused of trying to still from the hotel by one over the night manager I was called to the front desk at 11:00 pm to settle my bill and felt like o was a criminal by the manager. Will never stay there again.

Very poor service! After 10 hour shift outside in 100 degree Temps, got to our room fir a well needed shower. Well handle if shower pulled completely off! Called front desk 15 times! No answer. Walked 10 minutes to front desk...explained situation. Sent maintenance to our room. He said he had to go get a tool, will be fixed in less than an hour (ok won't switch rooms) waited an our guy Never came back! Called front desk. No answer again. WaLk to front to desk...we will send maintenance. Different guy shows up. Can't fix it. You have to switch rooms! What happened to 1st guy I asked- he went home!!! Got moved to room directly next to ice machine...coincidence? These new owners are nothing like the old Crown Plaza! Restaurant is always closed. No breakfast anymore. Terrible customer service and the place is falling apart. Our company gets many rooms and stays here often . Maybe not so much anymore! At least they still have a bar to help you forget all this bull! _ Best part of the stay.

Good Place to Stay Very Good Property, Great rooms with very good hospitality. Ambience of hotel is very good, especially near the Pool... Big rooms and perfect for a family tour. Location is good and has a Taco Bell & Starbucks just opposite for a quick grab, very far from Downtown San Francisco.

Fast check in, large rooms, beautiful pool Right when you walk in you can see this beautiful massive lobby, it's atrium style, indoor pool, bar in lobby, and you're greeted by smiles and quick check in. Sydney F. Was the one that greeted me and got me into my room quickly so I just wanted to make sure management knows, she's the one to keep! Good customer service goes a long way and she's got it down! Rooms are large and clean and in the bay area you probably won't find a better deal for this quality. Thank you for the great stay!

Perfect place to stay and to hold an event Just hosted a coin show in the Concord Plaza Hotel ballroom and also stayed in a guest room. It was a great experience. Ballroom is large, clean and well lit. The sales manager and support staff provided superior service - everything from table set up to emptying the trash cans. There's plenty of parking. Dinner menu in the lounge is simple and the food tasty. The guest room was quite comfortable. I'd suggest staying on the third floor where it is quieter. The hotel does not provide breakfast or lunch. However, there is a Starbucks and a Taco Bell across the street.
