Jeffrey Davis is amazing !! First the negatives. Pillows and bed was not extremely comfortable and coffee table was a foot rest so hard to eat snacks and socialize but the staff far outweighed the negative. We arrived late last minute due to weather and flights. Check in was amazing friendly upbeat staff even at midnight !! Wish I had gotten the front desk staff’s names. But the best gem was Jeffrey Davis making omelets for all the guests. Friendly and communicative while making “made to order” eggs and omelets. Made our morning after a long day and night of travel. Thank you jeffrey!!!

An average hotel Stayed for business. A thoroughly average hotel experience. On the plus side, the room was an enormous suite with an anteroom adjoining the bedroom, service was reasonable, and the convention rooms were suitable. On the negative, room service/kitchen closes relatively early, food was mediocre-to-poor, and there isn't much in the immediate surrounding area unless you enjoy golfing or the speedway.

Nice hot breakfast, unheated pool Stayed for a few days while visiting family. Have stayed here previously - overall nice Embassy Suites - could use some updating. Upon check in were told original room was not ready so given another and once we got to it there was a do not disturb sign on door, beds messed up and coffee cups on counter so had to get another room - mistakes happen so no biggie. Had a queen room on 8th floor - sofa bed very squeaky even for teen. No issues with room - good water pressure, daily housekeeping and towel replenishment was nice. No streaming services. Breakfast daily had many choices and was kept replenished. Kids swam in pool but it’s not heated just kept at room temperature so it’s chilly. Parking is now $8 per day for overnight guests. Overall nice staff, some dated colors/decor - patio furniture could use a spruce up too. Would have stayed longer but prices mid week doubled. Would stay again. Also this is a very dog friendly hotel - just fyi - encountered about 6-8 in a few days stay either on elevator or coming going to car. We don’t mind just letting others know.

Not up to par for Embassy Suite Check in was a little wait due to one check in employee. Room was OK but found a sticky spot on carpet in 3 different locations. In fact my shoe stuck to carpet and could not pull off easily. Reported to front desk and about 30 minutes later housekeeping arrived to discuss remedies all inconvenient. Happy hour very limited , could use improvement. Breakfast not so good, omelets made with too much oil which destroy the favor. All hot food was cold and I arrived at opening of Buffet. Hotel does need some improvement on aforementioned. Checkout fine but it should be. All employees were very nice during stay.

Missed the Mark All Embassy Suites are not alike The building is kinda cool - old school atrium hotel. We were there for a weekend. The hotel is frequented by families who utilize the indoor pool. It's a fun atmosphere for families. For a couple it has less to offer. We walked off property for meals because the restaurant has bad reviews. We noticed that in the cooler they have for guests to purchase drinks, the cheapest grocery store water was being sold for $5 per bottle. I've never seen this at an Embassy Suites. At most I've paid $2.50 for name brand water. At most, a couple of free bottles of water are handed out at check-in. This kind of price gauging guaranteed we would not return. The front desk woman we spoke to was rude when we came for our breakfast coupons. I explained we were checking out a day early because we finished our business early and she launched into a speech about the coupons. I cut-in that her information was not needed because we were leaving and she said "I'm going to finish what I'm saying" and continued to give us non-applicable info. Finally, she told us there would be a cancellation fee because she didn't actually look at our reservation because we prepaid for 2 nights and knew we could not get our money back.
