No..do not stay here! We normally love Hampton Inn. This was so bad we ended our reservation early and switched to another hotel. First impressions…rug at entrance was kittywampus and dirty. Pool was closed for season…waiting for state inspectors. Breakfast was sad…waffles were good. Seating was old and uncomfortable. You cannot brush your teeth or take a bath without the water being totally clogged up . you’re standing in water the whole time of your shower. Dated room appointments..caulk in bathroom was discolored with mold. Door to dresser totally missing.. other door hanging on by one hinge. No closet. 3 pegs on wall covered by a curtain..strange. Air conditioning worked great. Bed was comfortable. I would expect this room to be about 80 $per night. Nona at front was helpful. She waived silly parking fee. Was never so happy to leave a place.

Not up to snuff Checked in via the app on 6/21 and got the key to room 308 I beleive on our phone. Arrived 9pm ish. Wife went to use the toilet and the door would not shut. The bottom of the door jamb was broken and pulled out of the wall. She went to the desk to get a 2nd coffee pod for the morning and told the person about the door. Was told she needed to tell someone at the desk the next morning. No offer to change rooms or anything like it was going to be someone else's problem to deal with. On our way out in the morning we again told the front desk about the door and was told they would have maintenance check. Came back again Sat night 9ish and still the door had not been addressed nor we were ever contacted by anyone. Realized that night also that there we either no exhaut fan in the bathroom or that it was not working. For $400 for a 2 night stay I would have thought door issue would have been addressed by the next day or an offer to change rooms. Not the hospitality I have come to expect at Hilton properties.

Stay here and risk a smash & grab in the parking lot 13 vehicles broken into, in one night. Park lot lights were not working. Managers did nothing to provide security while the lights were not operating. They had excuses and plans but no actions. Stay and park there at your on risk is an understatement.

Reservation/Front Desk called Hotel directly on Aug. 25 to arrive on Nov. 18, paid at the time of my booking. Promised that confirmation be sent to my email, that did not happened. Called again the Hotel after weeks passed, again I was promised that it will be sent via email. Sill nothing. Arrived at hotel on Nov. 18 and was told that my room is not yet paid. after minutes of checking, I was told it is ok. At check out, I again was told at reception that my room is not yet paid. I have to go through a lot of questions. She even dared me to look at her computer but I declined. After about 10 minutes I was told, I am ok. But a negative perception had been created.

Issue with Carbon Monoxide Detector Our carbon monoxide detector was going off. Contacted front desk and maintenance came and said we may have a leak. Moved to another room but spent sleepless night wondering if carbon monoxide was leaking in hotel HVAC system. Set our alarm to wake up every 2 hours and my husband set his alarm to call and check on us as well. Terrible night. Hotel manager Devante not returning my messages.
