Average hotel This hotel definitely needs some upgrades. There are stains on the rugs and the chair in the guestroom needed to be replaced. Pool and hot tub are decent.

No maid service They never did the service and didn't apologize or make any effort to rectify when notified at checkout. All they said was "oh"

Unclean room Multiple spider webs in the main room, as well as in the bathroom. Spiders were climbing on the bathroom walls and visible on the ceiling in the main room

A Pleasant Stay I don't understand the negative reviews recently posted. We spent 3 nights here while visiting family in the area and it was a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. They met every request that we had. The complimentary breakfast was varied, hot and hearty. Will stay again when in the area!
