Decent hotel but poorly maintained Elevator was out for both our stays that were a week apart from one another. Both stays we were placed on the second floor so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs since the elevator was out of service. On the second stay, we checked in two hours early and were charged an additional $40 that they wouldn't waive even though the elevator wasn't working and we couldn't get on the first floor. Bathroom door looked liked an animal was trapped inside and did it's best to try to escape. Paint is peeling in a large section of the ceiling

Comfortable, Affordable and Convenient The hotel is conveniently located in close proximity to banks, supermarkets, restaurants and other businesses. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the only downside was the inaccessibility of elevator due to it being out of service.

Find a better place. There’s a lot of hotels around. Might as well stay at one that cares The front desk staff was rude and could have cared less about us. They ignored use and our questions. My wife was getting help from one nice room staff lady and she stopped helping when another worker gave her a dirty look. If you looking to only spend 60$ a night this would be ok. But not for the amount we paid.

Elevator not working I was VERY disappointed , as the elevator was not working and I had 2 big bulky bags for the hockey competition and had to carry them EVEWRYDAY up and down. And I was charged an early check in ( for 2 hours only...) . I tried to talk to the manager but she was never in the hotel. In other words : I payed for a product, got an inferior product and still had to pay a penalty

Very good stay! We stayed here while attending the 2024 LATAM Cup at the Florida Panthers Ice Den. The hotel is older but comfortable and the rooms spacious. Service was much improved from our last stay! The lady who worked the overnight shifts was amazing and the breakfast staff also phenomenal! Rooms were spacious and clean! The only downfall with our stay was the elevator being broken. With all the hockey gear we were hauling around it made it hard for us to move the large wheeled bags up and down the stairs. We would recommend this hotel, and will likely continue to return every year. P.S. Breakfast was great and plentiful.
